Refund timescale
We have a 14 working day return policy. This means you have 14 working days to request a refund after you have received your items. If you require a refund/credit voucher for any items you purchased with a discount code you will receive only the amount you paid, and not the full price of the item it currently is, or were. If you contact us after 14 working days we may not be able to assist you with a refund as this is over the timescale, and out our hands.
Refunds are given in the form of a voucher. The credit on the voucher will match the exact amount you spent on your returned/damaged/missing purchase(s).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Should RM deliver you items with a label/package with 'sincere apologies' , and your items are damaged or imcomplete please contact them via this link: https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/webforms/claim

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
