Turnaround timescale
The turn around time for your order(s) to be packed and dispatched is 5 to 7 WORKING days. This means that if you purchase on a weekend or bank holiday your item will be packed with a turnaround of 5 to 7 days from the following working day.
If you are ordering spell bottles and/or customised wood work your item(s) can take longer to be dispatched, longer than the 5-7 work day turnaround. This is due to the spell bottles and customised wood work been personally made by myself and/or my husband.
Spell bottles & woodwork can take up to 14 WORKING days before been disptached.
You will receive a shipping confirmation text and/or email when your order(s) have been dispatched. You then have to allow 14 WORKING days for your order(s) to arrive from the day you receive the dispatch text and/or email.
If 14 working days pass, and your order(s) have not been delivered then please EMAIL ; NewMoonCottage@outlook.com
Please DO NOT text or message myself/husband or our team on social media about the missing order(s).
It is IMPORTANT you email head office. As this acts as professional and documented communication between New Moon Cottage and yourself, the customer. This also enables us to deal with your query and have legal documentation for ourselves and for you, the customer.
Please allow staff up to 48 hours to reply to your emails.
Postage costs
Shipping rate is now a set rate of £4.49 - This is Signed For 2nd Class. A signature must be provided on your side when your order(s) are delivered. This enables New Moon Cottage, and yourself the customer, to have documented proof that order(s) are delivered to our customers.
The price has increased as 'Signed For' post a more secure and protected system for both New Moon Cottage and our customers. The costs of biogradable packaging has increased also. We are a eco-friendly family, and using biogradable materials is very important to us.
If you require a refund, you will be credited with a voucher that will equal the exact amount of the refund total. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information. Refunds are given in the form of a voucher. The credit on the voucher will match the exact amount you spent on your returned/damaged/missing purchase(s).
